More Gym?

So, another HIIT today, finished stage three (died halfway through yesterday) so still didnt manage to finish the entire session, as such, i also did 30 mins upper body, each of which i stepped up one notch on the weights, and that is within 7 days. Day 6 to be precise. (9th March 16)

I'm not disheartened, the goal was to go and try it, and see how many times i could do it on the trot to see how it felt, (its all about feeling your way around at first, finding what suits you best, there is no better blueprint than one you created for yourself with the help of science, and where applicable an instructor.
So this ridiculously ugly smile selfie (with very little double chin - also new) is a massive thumbgs up for #onedayatatime
The progress in 24 hours established, and whilst small..... ITS STILL PROGRESS! - setting small goals to start gives you momentum, and gives you something to credit yourself with, and rightly so!!! I've treated myself to some extra quinoa for being a good boy!!!! #champion
Nothing is out of reach, as long as you can stand in the mirror and say to yourself, "i AM going to do this" you will succeed.
