ANXIETY!!??

Boom. It is entirely destructive, and should mitigated wherever possible.

Sadly, anxiety by nature breeds the "own worst enemy" within us, more time spent with anxiety as a daily, inseperable partner, means we end up just breeding more anxiety for ourselves through poor judgement or rash decisions.

When you are feeling the electrifying wiredness of anxiety and feel like you aren't coping, find a quiet spot, sit however feels most comfortable, close your eyes and take deep breaths, 5 mins is a good amount of time on a random, facilitating more, at work, or in other situations is tricky. In through your nose, out through you mouth - there is a science behind this, and it works.

This 'should' allow you to calm down, and gain a moment of clarity, it didnt work for me first, second or third time i tried on my own, but it sure as hell is now smile emoticon Over time this will produce some kind of reign on your anxieties... its flimsy as hell at first, but it will strengthen and you will feel more in control.
