Hope you had a Wonderful Bank Holiday!

First off, apologies for the break in comms.

A string of personal obligations (and some health issues) have kept me flat out and/or unable to get busy here. Rest assured, I've missed you! :) Have had to take a few days break from the Gym as i've been unwell, but the gym mug shot selfies and progress will resume within the coming few days.

I've got some scribbles I've made while I've not been posting, work is super busy today, so these will form the basics of my post this evening.
